Returns and refunds

Ready-made products
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything.

The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping is not refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Custom work and deposits
Custom work and deposits become non-refundable after review, design, scheduling, material preparation or production begins.

Marketplace orders
Orders placed through Amazon or Etsy follow that marketplace's return and refund rules.
