This service is for projects where the part exists, but the original CAD file, drawing, or reliable dimensions are missing. Depending on the project, the workflow can include measurement, 3D scanning, CAD reconstruction, fitment adjustments, design improvement, and preparation for 3D printing or fabrication.

- Scan-to-CAD modeling — converting scan data into a usable CAD reference or parametric model where practical.

- Replacement part design — recreating broken, discontinued, or hard-to-find plastic parts.
- Prototype-ready files — CAD and mesh files prepared for 3D printing, testing, or small production.

Reverse engineering is quoted by complexity. Small mechanical parts can be simple; organic surfaces, tight tolerances, assemblies, and production-ready drawings require more time.

What To Send
For a quote, send photos from several angles, rough dimensions, the purpose of the part, material preference, quantity needed, and whether the final file must be editable CAD, STL for printing, or a manufacturing drawing.
